A certain amount of personal data is collected by Forbes Pilates at the time of booking. This is for the purposes of meeting Insurance Company criteria as well as for your health and safety in the class. Health information is also used to tailor sessions to suit your individual needs.
All information gathered by Forbes Pilates is treated as confidential and will only be accessible to Jenn Forbes at Forbes Pilates, and will not be shared with a third party.
Our Insurance Companies request that we keep a record of our customer’s data and registrations for seven years after your last class with us.
