Matwork Pilates Classes

 

Weekly sessions over block:


Classes are run in blocks of 6-10 weeks. Payment in full prior by start of block. Classes are limited to 12 in number and booked in advance.


About classes:


Each block runs over weekly class programmed to develop comfortably challenge and improve your performance in strength, mobility and flexibility.
Mats and equipment are provided, you just need comfortable clothing and either Pilates/yoga socks or bare feet.

Current Matwork Pilates are:

 

Sundays 12.30-1.30pm Glasgow Westend Otago Street

Mondays 6-7pm Glasgow Westend The Western Baths

Tuesdays 1-2pm  Uddingston Cricket and Hockey Sports Club

Thursdays 9.30–10.30pm Mugdock Road Milngavie

Thursdays 6.30-7.30pm  Uddingston Cricket and Hockey Sports Club

Thursdays 7.30-8.30pm  Uddingston Cricket and Hockey Sports Club


Interested in a more advanced group or a late evening or weekend class? Group classes can run from a minimum of 4 people, so if this is something you would like to organise contact me to discuss.

Before you start group classes, it is not essential though I do recommend a 1:1 introduction session. Here we will discuss your goals and what interested you in improving with Pilates, any injuries and/or health conditions & general fitness level as well as introduce the principles of the Pilates Method ready to start your group session. I will also provide you with general and specific modifications &/or focuses recommended for you to get more out of your group class.
